This policy explains what personal information Gaj Data Solutions LLP collects through this website and through WhatsApp, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message that you enter, along with the date and time of submission.

If you message us on WhatsApp, or we message you, we receive your WhatsApp name and number, the messages and any files exchanged, and their delivery and read status.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this website. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you have asked us to do. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Messages on WhatsApp

We message clients and contacts on WhatsApp from +91 98198 24288, using the WhatsApp Business app and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are sent by Gaurang Bhatt, our founder, on behalf of Gaj Data Solutions LLP.

• Service messages: replies to your questions, project updates and reminders about work you have asked us to do.
• Promotional messages: offers, product news and festival greetings. We send these only if you have agreed to receive them, and we record when and how you agreed.

To stop promotional messages, reply STOP or tell us in any other way. We will record your choice and send no further promotional messages; we will still reply when you write to us. You can also block our number in WhatsApp at any time.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form.
• Resend — delivers the contact form submission to our inbox as an email.
• Microsoft 365 — our email service, where your message is received and stored.
• Sangam CRM — where we record enquiries so that we can follow them up properly.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — carries our WhatsApp messages, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Each of these processes your data only to provide that service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

The anti-spam check

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained for up to 24 monthsand then deleted. WhatsApp messages and your messaging choices are kept on the same basis; a record that you asked us to stop is kept for as long as we hold your number, so that we do not message you by mistake. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the relationship continues, and afterwards for the period required by Indian tax and company law.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gajdata.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS. It has no database, no login and no administrative interface exposed to the internet, which removes the most common routes by which small business websites are compromised. Enquiries are transmitted directly to our email and CRM rather than stored on the website. Access to our WhatsApp account is limited to the people who need it, and the credentials our systems use for it are stored encrypted.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
